About Us

Leila Kozak PhD

"I’m Dr. Leila Kozak. As a humanistic and transpersonal psychologist, my passion is helping people connect deeply with themselves and the world around them. My work is built on a unique blend of science and soul—combining a background in stress physiology research with years of experience in integrative medicine and palliative care. I believe in a healthcare approach that honors the whole person, bringing science, empathy, and genuine human connection together to support true healing."

Paul Vlasuk CPC

"Hi, I’m Paul Vlasuk. If you’re navigating relationship challenges right now, I want you to know you don't have to figure it out alone. As a Professional Relationship Coach and men’s group leader, my life’s work is helping men break through the isolation, conflict, and communication barriers that hold them back. My approach is rooted in Non-Violent Communication (NVC)—not just as a theory, but as a practical, life-changing tool to help you speak your truth and truly be heard. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, respectful, and high-impact space where you can do the real work to heal, grow, and build the deeply fulfilling relationships you deserve. Let’s take that next step together."

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide relationship education that integrates the science and the practice of intimate relationship skills to bring understanding and compassion within intimate relationships.

We are guided by a vision of relationships where intimate partners learn new skills, turn conflict into a tool for creating safety and trust and are

“fully there” for each other.

We enjoy working together as a couple, bringing the synergy of our feminine and masculine perspectives into our work with couples and singles.

Our work is informed by our personal story of healing our own relationship, compassionate communication (Non-Violent Communication),

and by recent insights from the new science of love.
